Founder Real Talk — Finding Product-Market Fit

Date: Tuesday, March 31st, 2026
Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Where: YesSF — San Francisco, CA
Presented by: Wisdom Partners, Sway, & YesSF

Finding product-market fit is one of the most important and misunderstood stages of building a company. Many founders spend months building features, launching campaigns, and raising capital before realizing the core problem has not been fully validated.

At this Founder Real Talk session, experienced founders and operators will share honest lessons from the process of finding and refining product-market fit.

What We’ll Cover

Topics we will cover include:

• How to recognize early signals of product-market fit
• Common mistakes founders make while searching for it
• When to pivot, iterate, or double down on your current direction
• How to gather meaningful customer feedback that actually informs product decisions
• The role of marketing and distribution before and after product-market fit
• What growth looks like once the right market and product begin to align

Expect practical insights, candid stories, and lessons learned from founders who have navigated this process firsthand.

Who Should Attend

This conversation is designed for:

• Early-stage founders building their first product
• Startup teams preparing to launch or refine a product
• Operators responsible for growth, product, or go-to-market strategy
• Investors and advisors interested in how companies reach product-market fit
• Anyone curious about how successful startups actually find traction

Whether you are still validating an idea or working to scale something that is already in market, this session will offer valuable perspective on one of the most critical stages of building a company.

Our Panelists

We are bringing together founders and operators who have navigated the journey to product-market fit across different industries.

Panelists will share their firsthand experiences, including what worked, what did not, and the unexpected lessons that shaped their companies.

Chelsie Hall

CEO, ViralMoment

Chelsie Hall is the CEO of ViralMoment, a social video analytics platform used by many of the world’s leading brands to understand cultural trends and emerging consumer behavior. She founded the company in 2021 to help organizations detect viral movements, analyze cultural narratives, and understand how short-form video is shaping buying decisions.

Chelsie believes social media has become the primary environment where culture—and purchasing decisions—are formed. Through ViralMoment, she provides brands with real-time insight into the narratives and trends driving modern consumer behavior.

She holds a master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University and brings a unique perspective at the intersection of data, culture, and storytelling. When she’s not building technology to track cultural shifts, she’s raising two kids alongside a fast-growing company.

Craig Pritzky

Fractional Chief Revenue Officer, 4th IR Ventures

Craig Pritzky is a fractional Chief Revenue Officer who helps early-stage and scaling startups build the revenue infrastructure needed to grow. Through his work with 4th IR Ventures, he advises founders on go-to-market strategy, commercialization, fundraising readiness, and building scalable revenue systems.

Over the course of his career, Craig has helped companies raise more than $25M in capital while accelerating recurring revenue and pipeline performance. He brings more than two decades of experience closing complex enterprise deals and leading revenue teams across industries including healthcare, life sciences, aerospace, and emerging technology.

Known for his consultative leadership style, Craig works closely with founders and executive teams to translate product innovation into sustainable revenue growth.
