Pitch Night and Fireside: Ajay Gopal & Jacques LaPointe

​We're hosting an Investor Fireside on September 25, from 4:30 - 6:30 with Ajay Gopal, Partner @ FRAMEWORK Venture Partners, and Jacques LaPointe, Co-Founder & Director @ Metiquity Ventures.

We'll have 2 companies pitch, Ajay and Jacques will run point on diligence, and then we'll cap it off with a short fireside to get everyone more acquainted with venture.

​Ajay Gopal is a Partner at FRAMEWORK and was part of the founding team of the firm. He holds more that 15 years of VC, alternative investments and capital markets experience. His responsibilities with the firm include strategic board representation, deal sourcing and assisting portfolio companies with operational and strategic initiatives.

​Jacques LaPointe brings exceptional operational and technical expertise to Metiquity Ventures. With over 25 years of experience in Alberta's tech ecosystem, his impressive track record includes co-founding and scaling ATTAbotics to a successful exit, and leading $21M in pre-seed investments at AVAC/Accelerate Fund. As both a founder and investor, Jacques has demonstrated his ability to identify and scale high-potential startups, having successfully raised over $20M as a founder himself.
