Mike Bradshaw (Pinpoint): Mike Bradshaw is a Recruiting and HR leader with 14+ years of experience. While his career started at Apple, Mike has spent majority of his career working with early stage startups as both a Head of Talent and consultant. His expertise lies in building and leading Talent functions at early stage startups from the ground up, with a strong focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

Mike was one of the first US Pinpoint customers and has helped scale and grow four companies through various stages of growth using Pinpoint ATS.

Samantha Bussard (Compass Business Solutions): Organizations eager to outpace the competition turn to Sam, a high-output dynamo who insists on people strategy excellence. With unparalleled energy and determination, she maximizes the efforts of all teams and functions, routinely analyzing data and past trends to influence future operational efficiencies. Sam is passionate about coaching and mentoring professionals at all stages of their careers to unlock their complete potential and confidence. Her background in the management consultant industry and specialty in talent strategy enables her solutionist mindset, seeing no problem as unresolvable. Katie Lai (3rd Partner): Katie is scaling hiring at Pie Insurance with a focus on efficiency, quality, and exceptional candidate experience. With a diverse background including Waymo, Amazon, and Korn/Ferry, she brings both in-house and advisory expertise to the talent acquisition space. Katie's passion lies in bringing TA professionals together to connect and grow, while leveraging technology and data to make better hiring decisions without losing the human touch.
