About Event

Event Description

For many nonprofits, fundraising is essential but under-resourced. Founders, educators, and small teams are often expected to raise funds without dedicated development staff, while still delivering programs and managing operations.

This session explores how AI can help organizations fundraise more effectively without expanding teams. Moving beyond theory, the focus is on practical ways to use AI to streamline donor research, improve outreach, and strengthen fundraising strategy.

We will look at how AI can support donor segmentation, personalized communication, and case-building, helping organizations have more targeted and compelling funding conversations. The session will also address what works in practice, what doesn’t, and how to avoid over-reliance on tools without clear strategy.

Designed for organizations of all sizes, but especially those operating with limited capacity, this session will equip participants with tangible tools, workflows, and mindset shifts to raise more while managing less.

Speakers

  • Erin Ricci is Chief Development Officer at Health Care Without Harm, advancing climate-resilient, zero-emissions healthcare through strategic philanthropy.

  • Traci Bruckner is Managing Senior Partner at For Impact, advancing strategic fundraising and leadership for mission-driven organizations.

Location & access
Accessibility matters deeply to us, and we do our best to choose spaces that reflect that. That said, some of our Oxford venues are in historic buildings without lifts. This room is unfortunately not accessible for wheelchair users, those with mobility challenges, or anyone needing step-free access.
