Presenter: Dr. Esther Fee Reinhardt is a musician and holds a doctorate in audio signal analysis. Her work sits at the intersection of music, technology, and philosophy, with a particular focus on the ethics of artificial intelligence. She is especially interested in questions of computational complexity and in exploring where Human Factors still matters in the arts and beyond, even as AI systems become increasingly capable.
What to Expect: In this session Dr. Esther Fee Reinhardt will discuss whether there is still added value in human creativity at a time music Generative AI tools are doing such an incredibly good job. The discussion then broadens beyond music to other tasks that have traditionally been considered uniquely human.
