She Bytes Back are teaming up with Synthesia, one of the UK's most exciting AI-native product companies, to bring you an evening of real talk from senior women engineers who are using AI to change how they work.
Our speakers on the night:
🎤 Hannah Craighead - Founding Engineer and employee #1 at Neurotype, ex-Google. She'll be breaking down how she ships features ridiculously fast using AI, and why the bottleneck was never code, it was clarity
🎤 Ornella Friggit-Konaté - Staff Software Engineer at Bobsled and fractional CTO consultant who joined Disney Streaming the day before Disney+ launched (yes, really). She's talking about how to use AI without burning through tokens or the planet.
🎤 Catalina Oyaneder — Senior Software Engineer on Synthesia's Enterprise team. She's exploring what happens when AI removes the old excuses of "too hard" and "too slow" and why the craft isn't gone, it just moved up a level.
