​This morning session is an open exploration of a provocative idea:

​What if culture itself could become a reserve asset?

​This raises intriguing questions:

• ​Could artworks become reserve assets?

• ​Can communities collectively own and preserve cultural heritage?

• ​Could a cultural currency help fund artists, exhibitions, and archives?

• ​What would it take to build a €150M cultural reserve?

• ​And perhaps most importantly: who decides what is worth preserving?

​No fixed answers—this is a working session. The goal is to open up the conversation and invite input, critique, and imagination from everyone in the room.
