Climate-conscious product work doesn’t start with perfect control — it starts with better questions.
In this session, we’ll explore Product–Market–Earth Fit (PME Fit) as a way to diagnose everyday product decisions and uncover hidden impacts, risks, and opportunities.
Rather than focusing on entire products or company-wide mandates, we’ll zoom in on features, flows, and capabilities — the real places where product builders make tradeoffs every week.
We’ll practice using PME Fit to ask:
Where might this feature be creating unnecessary intensity?
How could we design for smoother, more efficient, or more resilient outcomes?
What happens if this decision scales?
Are we only reducing harm — or are there opportunities for regeneration and adaptation?
You’ll see examples from real-world products, then apply the PME lens to scenarios from your own work or career path.
This is a hands-on, discussion-driven session designed to help you:
Build confidence applying climate-conscious thinking in practical, credible ways
Identify new leverage in your current role (or next one)
