Building From Within: Women, AI & The Next Era of Leadership

​An afternoon for the women shaping AI from a more human lens — founders, operators, creatives, and builders gathering before the Human+Tech Week Grand Opening.

​Co-hosted by Human+Tech Week and Women in AI, this is a celebration of the women already doing the work — and a conversation about what it actually takes to lead in the AI era: ambition, emotional resilience, self-leadership, and staying grounded while building in a world moving faster every day.

​What we’ll cover:

​– The emotional reality of building something real
– How to stay human as the technology moves faster than the conversation
– Ambition, burnout, and building from within
– What women bring to AI that the field still hasn’t fully centered
– Vision and execution as one practice, not two
