​Kamalika has spent over 12 years building fintech products. From core banking software, to UPI in 2017, account aggregator and open finance in 2021, women’s wealth management app in 2022. To cross border payments currently.

​She was even recognised by RBI for her efforts to bridge the msme credit gap, by using Machine learning with Open Finance data.

​She is a curious soul who enjoy learning about new technologies and how it can help us build better communities.

​In her spare time she loves to read about human psychology and behavioural economics. Her biggest regret was that she stopped writing and has vowed to renew that practice in 2026.

​She loves interacting with young career professionals as she believe the Gen Z brings a lot more depth and creativity to the workplace.
