We invite you to an exclusive, hands-on workshop hosted by Santiago Del Solar on industrial design starting at 4:30 PM — after a focused afternoon of hacking, with plenty of camaraderie.
Bring your own project or ideas and hack together — inspired by San Francisco hacker fabs with a Waterloo twist.
Take away top engineering tips, ideas, and friendships.

2:00-4:30pm — hardware hacking, byow (bring your own work). come work in our hardware lab with ample space, 3D printers and an array of hardware accessories.
4:30-6:00pm — exclusive hardware and industrial design workshop, taught by Santiago Del Solar.

About Santiago:
A resident of Akatos house, Santiago is creating the famous Iron Man Suit, is known for his thoughtful disposition, hardware hackathon wins (including aquatic fish and Bass Bot, a robot that plays guitar), and has in-depth knowledge of hardware assembly (mechanical, electrical, and embedded) on a large-scale.
