Startup University is a semester-long speaker series connecting college students with founders, operators, and builders shaping the Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky startup ecosystem.
This session explores how AI is reshaping entry-level careers and what the future of work looks like for the next generation of professionals. Brad Felix (VP of AI & Innovation at Contractor Commerce and founder of Commas) and Glenn Platt (Co-Founder of Lyceum AI and Professor at Miami University) will join moderator Dave Knox for an honest conversation about how AI is transforming industries, what skills actually matter now, and how students can position themselves in a rapidly shifting job market.
Hosted at SparkHaus, the series blends honest conversation, actionable insights, and intentional networking to help students build meaningful relationships before they graduate.
