YVA Femme Founders Fireside and Pitch

​Join Yukon Venture Angels for a special International Women’s Day edition of Pitch Night featuring women founders building exciting companies across Canada.

​This digital session is about more than just pitches.

​At YVA, we believe investors should understand not only the company, but the founder behind it. It's the Yukon... we invest with the kinship mentality, knowing the founder at the front.

​The evening will begin with a short fireside conversation exploring what it looks like to build and finance companies as women in today’s ecosystem, before moving into the deal flow.

​You’ll hear four new pitches from founders working in sectors ranging from consumer products to climate technology and advanced manufacturing. We’ll also include two portfolio updates for investors who want to stay close to companies already in the YVA orbit.

​Featured founders include companies such as Hetta, fresh off a successful FrontFundr raise, and Marlow, a fast-growing menstrual care brand introduced to us by our friends at Spring Capital.
Additional ventures include a lithium battery technology company and more.

​Expect thoughtful conversation, real founder stories, and the chance to see some of Canada’s emerging ventures early.

​This event also builds on the momentum from our Yukon Women’s Money Club Open House, which JUST wrapped with so much interest it moved to a waitlist.
