About Event

The hiring market is constantly shifting—from rapid growth and aggressive hiring to slowdowns and tighter priorities. For talent leaders, the challenge isn’t just keeping up—it’s knowing how to adjust in real time.

Riding the Waves: Navigating the Peaks and Valleys of the Hiring Market is a candid, 45-minute panel discussion focused on how recruiting has evolved through these cycles—and what it takes to stay effective in any market.

Featuring talent leaders with experience across companies like Google, Salesforce, venture-backed startups, and global organizations, this conversation will go beyond surface-level trends. We’ll explore how strategies change in different market conditions, how expectations from the business shift, and what separates teams that stay proactive from those that get stuck reacting.

What to expect:

  • Real perspectives on how hiring peaks and valleys impact recruiting

  • Insights from leaders who have built and scaled teams in different environments

  • Practical ways to stay effective and maintain momentum in any market

  • A forward-looking take on where hiring is headed next

Whether you’re in a period of growth or navigating a slowdown, you’ll walk away with a clearer perspective—and ideas you can put into practice right away.
