Festive Big Saturday
What is Big Saturday?
The Royal Society for Blind Children opens the doors of our Life Without Limits Centre and invites you to come along to our centre near London Bridge to meet up with old friends and make new ones.
Who is this for?
If you are aged 11 to 25 and are vision impaired, blind, or partially sighted—and you want to meet other like-minded peers—then this is the session for you!
What will be going on?
Our Big Saturdays are packed full of activities and equipment designed specifically for children and young people with a vision impairment. There will be festive arts and crafts, gingerbread decorating, and festive card-making. We’ll also have a variety of tech and games for you to get stuck into— and even a little festive karaoke. Christmas jumpers are very welcome!
When and where is it, and how do I sign up?
Our Life Without Limits Centre is located at the Northern & Shell Building, 10 Lower Thames Street, EC3R 6EN. It’s close to London Bridge, Bank, and Monument stations, so there are lots of routes you can take. A member of the team may be able to meet you and walk with you from one of these stations.
