About Event

An evening for entrepreneurs already tinkering with AI – building with Claude, OpenAI, OpenClaw, open‑source LLMs and custom agents – who want to swap real projects, not generic “AI 101” talk.

Who this is for

Founders and marketers already experimenting with AI-generated video for content and ads
Filmmakers, videographers, and content creators curious about AI-native cinematography
Experimental, curious minds rewriting how business and software get built
Intermediate to advanced builders (you’ve already shipped something with AI or are actively experimenting)
Anyone building a brand who wants to understand how AI video changes storytelling, production costs, and creative possibilities

Meet the speaker

João Pico is the co-founder and CEO of Comprimido, a Lisbon-based creative agency he's led for over a decade. With 20+ years in professional video production — including a senior editing role at SportTV where he earned seven editing awards — João now teaches AI video production at Lisbon Digital School, helping entrepreneurs and communication teams build cinematic content using generative AI tools.

What we'll cover

Live examples and workflow breakdowns: how to direct AI-generated scenes with real creative craft
João's signature talk on using AI video generation to create cinematic marketing, brand storytelling, and content — from prompting to post-production
Q&A — bring your toughest questions about AI video for marketing and storytelling
People & prompt sharing (AKA making new friends over wine)

This is an event put on by CoLab Lisbon, a fast-paced learning lab helping entrepreneurs learn and apply AI in their business. A big shoutout to The Nest by Near Protocol for hosting us.
