🔗 Founder Peer Group Meetup - Avoiding Founder Burnout: caring for yourself is caring for your business
Welcome to something new at 9Zero: Peer Groups.
🔗 Peer Groups are role-based groups for members at your level. With online tools and monthly in-person meetups, they help 9Zero members exchange what's working, what isn't, and solve what's next with peers facing the same challenges.
This first group is focused on Founders - a dedicated space to connect with fellow builders navigating the same stage, swap honest lessons, and tackle the hard questions together. Whether you're fundraising, hiring, finding product-market fit, or just figuring out what's next, this is your room.
This session will focus on a practical and candid discussion about how to be a more effective founder by learning to enjoy the process of trying to change the world instead of getting burnt out by it. Burnout is the expected norm for founders, but does it have to be? Skylar will talk about his personal journey through founding the solar panel startup Verde, the burnout he experienced throughout the process, and the strategies he is finding helpful today to become a more effective builder by introducing more lightness, joy, and fun into the founder journey.
Come hear firsthand what it takes to build in climate tech.
Members get priority access. We're opening just a few spots to non-members. Space is intentionally small — this is a room for real conversation.
