With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of operations and platform safety, she brings a unique perspective on scaling trust systems while maintaining exceptional user experiences.

Before Udemy, Erin spent five years at Airbnb, where she developed proactive risk mitigation strategies during the company's global expansion. Her earlier career included leadership positions at Google and YouTube, where she managed quality, abuse operations, and policy enforcement teams that set industry benchmarks for content moderation at scale.

Emily Gonzales

Senior Director, Risk & Fraud at Etsy 

Emily is a seasoned Trust & Safety executive with deep expertise in building and scaling risk operations at technology's most influential companies. With over 15 years of experience in this industry, she is currently the Senior Director of Risk & Fraud at Etsy, served as Head of Trust, Safety, & Risk Operations at Stripe, and held Director-level Trust & Safety leadership roles at Airbnb during its hypergrowth phase and at Meta (Facebook), where she led Safety Operations.

As an angel investor and advisor, Emily brings her operational and risk expertise to support early-stage founders building the next generation of trust and safety, marketplace, and platform solutions. Her unique perspective spans from startup to enterprise scale, making her a sought-after advisor on building resilient, human-centered safety systems in the AI era.

Suhas Manangi 

Co-founder & CEO of Precognition Labs 

Suhas is a Trust & Safety technology leader and the CEO of Precognition Labs. He previously served as Head of Product for Community Safety at Snap, where he shaped the company’s LLM strategy, and earlier led the AI/ML platform for Airbnb’s Trust & Safety organization. His experience spans more than 15 years across major tech companies including Microsoft, Lyft, and Amazon.

Suhas co-founded Precognition Labs to help marketplaces protect their users and scale operations responsibly through AI-powered agents and co-pilot tools. He works closely with Trust & Safety, Fraud, Risk, and Compliance operations teams to transform critical workflows for greater speed, lower cost, and higher accuracy.

Nick Sullivan

Trust & Safety Leader, ex-Google, Airbnb, Facebook, Stripe, Twitter

A seasoned Trust & Safety executive with over a decade of experience pioneering and scaling critical risk, policy, and operations functions at hyper-growth global technology companies.

Most recently, Nick has focused on the cutting edge of digital safety, notably taking the lead on developing and implementing new AI threat model prevention strategies to review and secure applications at Google. His expertise spans the full Trust & Safety lifecycle, from writing foundational policies on areas like violent extremism and child safety, to building and operationalizing global enforcement teams across multiple sites and vendors.
