Rethinking Progress: Technology's Role in Responsible Change

What does a world of finite resources demand from us - and from technology? At this semester's CDTM Inspire & Dine, we're teaming up with the German Chapter Club of Rome to explore one of the defining questions of our time. 🌍💡

Joining forces with the visionary global think tank behind Limits to Growth (1972) and Earth4All (2022), we looked for the best experts in the field of technology and climate in research, deep-tech and AI.

Speaker lineup
🔹 Dr. Supriya Singh (Club of Rome, FAU)
Finite World. Shared Responsibility.

🔹 Prof. Dr. Laura Bechthold (Club of Rome Germany, Professor at the Bavarian Foresight-Institute @THI)
How to think long-term: Future of Technology and Responsibility

🔹 Nicolò Foppiani (Integrated Design Lead @Proxima Fusion, Phd Physics @Harvard)
How technology could change the equation: Resource abundance through fusion energy

🔹 Stefan Feuerriegel (Professor @LMU, Head of Institute of AI in Management)
