Meet the Guest:
Elishba is a Fulbright Scholar and MBA candidate at the University of California, Berkeley. Born and raised in Karachi, she completed her undergraduate degree at IBA before building a career at the intersection of tech and business.
She has led multiple initiatives and teams at some of Pakistan’s fastest-growing startups, including Airlift Technologies, Daraz (Alibaba Group), and Fleek, where she worked on scaling innovation and creating opportunities for small businesses and consumers alike.
In this session, she’ll share her journey from IBA to UC Berkeley, how she navigated the Fulbright process, prepared her MBA applications, and built a career bridging technology, business, and global education.

About the Host:
Zainab Kamran is the Growth Lead at DreamBridge.ai and an incoming student at Georgetown University. She recently completed a Private Equity internship at Lionchase North America. She’s also a national champion in gymnastics and martial arts, and was selected as the only Pakistani female in her category at the Asian Games 2018.
