LTP 2026.1 - Quoc Pham

​Quoc Pham is a seasoned tech executive, entrepreneur, and advisor with three decades of experience developing and commercializing hard technology across energy storage, hydrogen, and green materials. More recently, he co-founded the green steel start up Electra, and acted as the company's Chief Technology Officer while the company successfully raised hundreds of millions of dollars. He holds a PhD in Solid State Chemistry from the University of Caen and a BS in Materials Science from École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Toulouse. These days, he spends his time supporting clean tech-focused venture firms and startups through advising and consultancy relationships. Quoc has also been developing and sharing some very interesting white papers that draw on his career experience and review prominent issues in the climate space, which is how I found him and what he will be speaking on in this talk.
