Agentic Coding Workshop 004: Agents at Work
The way we write code is fundamentally changing. AI coding tools have moved beyond autocomplete—they're now capable collaborators that are reshaping how founding engineers work.
Join three founding engineering teams as they demo real agentic coding workflows they use every day—automating infrastructure, shipping features from ticket to PR, and keeping documentation alive so agents can actually be effective. Moderated by Kevin Suh (Finley, YC W21) and Arjun Kannan (Residesk), each demo flows into open discussion where the group digs into tradeoffs, shares what's working, and pressure-tests ideas together.
This isn't a lecture—it's a small, collaborative session designed for founding engineers to learn from each other. And yes, we'll be back at Cursor HQ—with a possible look at how the Cursor team uses Cursor to build Cursor.

William Haw, Founding Engineer at Artie — William will present an agent he built to automate infrastructure upgrades, showing how he offloads tedious but critical migration work to an agentic workflow.
Philip Chaffee, Founding Engineer at Sela — Philip will live demo his full workflow from ticket to pull request, walking through how he ships features end to end using agentic coding tools.
Aryaman Agrawal and Kye Burchard, Founding Engineers at Falconer — Aryaman and Kye will demo how Falconer keeps documentation up to date—and how that investment in docs directly speeds up their agentic coding workflows.
Moderated by
Kevin Suh, Co-founder and CTO at Finley (YC W21) — Leading engineering at a Series A debt capital management platform. Previously the founding engineer at Nova Credit, where he built the cash flow underwriting product that became the foundation of their core business. Kevin brings a unique perspective on both sides of the founding engineer experience: joining early-stage companies and starting your own.
Arjun Kannan, Co-Founder at Residesk — Building a platform that helps real estate owners understand what residents stay and pay for by texting with millions of renters. Previously CTO and CPO at Climb Credit, where he built ML-driven financing products that helped over 10,000 people change careers.
What to Expect
Three demos of real agentic coding workflows, each tackling a different problem: infrastructure automation, feature development, and documentation-driven development. But the demos are the starting point, not the main event. After each one, the group opens up for roundtable discussion—comparing approaches, sharing what you've tried, and working through the messy parts together. Kevin and Arjun will moderate, drawing out the common threads and keeping the conversation sharp.
You'll leave with practical ideas you can apply immediately, a clearer picture of how other founding engineers are navigating this shift, and connections with peers building at the same stage.
