Pilotathon 2026 Submissions
All participants in the Pilotathon and Showcase will be selected from public submissions. The Pilotathon features 9 categories focused on the new industrial era.
Pilot Pitch and Showcase Submission Opens: Monday, April 13th 9:00AM (CST)
Pilot Pitch Submission Closes: Sunday, May 31st 11:59PM (CST)
Showcase-Only Application Closes: Tuesday, September 8th 11:59PM (CST)

Pilotathon Categories
How it Works
Pitching: Participants present their pilot in a 7-minute pitch followed by a 7-minute Q&A session from the judges.
Requirements: Pitchers must attend a pitch preparation webinar and submit the final pitch deck by September 8, 2026.
Showcasing: Participants demonstrating working prototypes only need to submit an application; further requirements will be sent to those selected.
