Founders On The Yard Demo Day

​Founders on the Yard is a new student-led demo day and accelerator program bringing top founders from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to Silicon Valley to showcase their startups in front of leading investors and industry leaders.

​Launched with support from Microsoft for Startups, Google for Startups, Breakthrough Ventures, Lovable, B Capital, Gunderson Dettmer, ViableEDU, Howard University & PNC National Center for Entrepreneurship, and HBCU Founders Initiative, among others, the program equips founders with AI infrastructure, technical resources, mentorship, and access to capital as they scale.

​This inaugural cohort features student and alumni founders building high-growth companies across AI-native SaaS, developer tools, agentic AI, fintech, and healthcare technology, culminating in our Demo Day on April 23 at Plug and Play Tech Center, one of Silicon Valley’s leading hubs for startup innovation and investment.
