Privacy is often framed as a technical issue. In reality, it is a fundamental condition for the protection of freedom and human rights.
On April 29, we will host Lyudmyla Kozlovska, President of Open Dialogue Foundation, an organization active in the defense of human rights, rule of law, and financial freedom.
Her BTC Coalition project — recognized at Cypher Tank — focuses on targeted advocacy across the United States, Switzerland, and the European Union, promoting privacy and Bitcoin as essential tools to counter authoritarianism and financial repression.
In this session, she will discuss how privacy-oriented technologies can become concrete instruments of protection in fragile contexts.
