About Event

Welcome to From Overwhelm to Opportunity: Harnessing our Climate Emotions for Professional and Systemic Impact! Join us at Verity for an event that will help you navigate your feelings about climate change and turn them into positive action. Learn how to channel your emotions into professional growth and make a difference in the world. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and make a real impact!

The climate crisis can stir deep emotions—overwhelm, helplessness, frustration, even anger. While these feelings can sometimes lead to avoidance, narrow focus on our solutions, or isolation, they also carry important signals. When we learn to listen, our emotions can illuminate new possibilities and guide meaningful action—personally, professionally, and systemically. In this two-hour interactive in-person workshop, we’ll explore how to listen to our climate-related emotions with specific tools and you'll have the option to share them with others (releasing your #SilencedSignals). Finally we'll transform and channel your emotions into strategic insights, unlocking pathways to accelerate your professional influence and systemic impact to make a difference in the world.

Lunch will be provided.
