About Event

Join us!

A curated, intimate salon for leaders in AI, tech, and product who are actively challenging the patterns shaping their growth, leadership, and decisions.

Most of us are operating within patterns we didn’t consciously choose, shaped by industry norms, environments, and expectations.

This evening is about identifying and breaking those patterns to unlock a different level of leadership and growth.

Featured Speaker

Natalia Villalobos

Vice President, Inclusion Strategy & Execution at The New York Times; Founder, Transit; Former Head of Women Techmakers & "Feminist-in-Residence" at Google

Natalia is a systemic change leader and architect of global movements. During her decade-long tenure at Google, she served as the Feminist-in-Residence and founded Women Techmakers, scaling it from a single event into the world's largest community for women in technology. Currently, she leads inclusion strategy for The New York Times and is the founder of Transit, a collective focused on co-creating new solutions for social connection.

Natalia will share insights on the courage required to break the status quo and build massive global communities.

  • Challenging default ways of operating in male-dominated environments

  • Rethinking how we build, lead, and grow in an AI-first landscape

  • Letting go of patterns that no longer serve your next level

What to Expect

The evening will include a guided discussion designed to surface the patterns you may not even realize are shaping your decisions, and how to intentionally shift them.

  • Deep dive on the topic with our featured speaker

  • Thoughtfully facilitated, salon-style discussion

  • Honest, high-quality conversation

  • The opportunity to build meaningful, lasting connections

  • Opportunity to win a free #BreakThePattern workshop by Life Notes for you and your team.
