This is not a typical hackathon.
This is a PoC discovery program designed to explore how AI can meaningfully understand and improve real enterprise codebases.
This is for builders and teams serious about working with real systems, not just prototypes.
Ultimately, the goal is to identify concrete PoC opportunities and accelerate real-world adoption.
Japan is a unique environment for this challenge:
complex legacy systems
high reliability requirements
slow but high-value adoption
This makes it an ideal market to test:

Instead of idea-driven demos, this program focuses on:

PoC（概念実証）創出プログラムです。
単なる実験ではなく、実際の導入や活用を見据えた検証を行いたいチーム・ビルダーのための場です。
本プログラムの目的は明確です：

日本は、この検証において非常にユニークな環境です：
