An Inclusive Hiring Experience
Tired of firing off applications into the void?
We’re flipping the script.
No portals.
No “Dear Hiring Manager.”
Just real people, real conversations, and a room full of startups and teams actively looking for their next hires—maybe you.
This is a human-first hiring experience intentionally designed to be calm, welcoming, and accessible.
Whether you’re a student exploring internships, a new grad looking for your first role, or a professional ready for your next chapter, this event creates space to connect in a way that feels respectful, low-pressure, and real.
💼 What to Expect
Employer booths and open conversations with hiring teams
Light programming and short announcements to help orient attendees
A calm, welcoming environment designed to reduce overwhelm
Space to step away, observe, or engage at your own pace
Mediterranean food and community vibes throughout the evening
We will also have an incredible view of the city and access to step outside for fresh air.
This event brings together mission-driven employers, founders, and community builders who are committed to inclusive hiring—alongside neurodivergent job seekers and allies looking to explore opportunities in a way that feels human, respectful, and accessible.
👥 Who You’ll Meet
Companies that are actively hiring across engineering, growth, operations, sales, and more!
Founders and hiring managers who value inclusive, people-first teams
Larger sponsors who will share what they are building and why you might want to be part of it
🛠 For Job Seekers
Why We’re Using Two Time Slots (Group A & Group B)
To create the best possible experience for everyone, we’re splitting the showcase into two groups:
🕒 Group A: 3:00–5:00 PM
🕔 Group B: 5:00–7:00 PM
Why this matters:
Our venue sponsor has a capacity limit and wants to prevent overcrowding, especially during security check-in at the entrance
Staggered arrival times help keep lines shorter and the check-in process smoother
Less crowding inside means more space to move around and less noise
What this means for you:
More time and easier access to speak with companies
A more comfortable, less overwhelming environment
A smoother, higher-quality experience overall
This event is for you if:
You want to work somewhere your contributions actually matter
You would rather meet the humans behind the roles than submit applications into a black hole
You prefer a quieter, more intentional environment over traditional high-pressure job fairs
You are welcome to engage however feels right—whether that means jumping into conversations, listening first, or taking breaks when needed.
💡 For Startups and Employers
This event is for you if:
You are actively hiring and want thoughtful, values-aligned candidates
You believe inclusive hiring starts with inclusive environments
You value real conversations over resume screens
You want to meet people, not just applications
