Before conversations begin, each participating company introduces themselves to the room.
You’ll hear directly from founders and hiring managers about:

Then we transition into focused conversations at dedicated tables and lounge spaces.

We’ve structured the evening to reduce overwhelm and increase meaningful interaction.

A brief welcome so you know exactly how the experience will unfold.
2️⃣ Company Spotlights: Short, Human Introductions
Each employer takes a few minutes to introduce themselves.
Not slide decks.
Not formal presentations.
Just real people sharing what they’re building and who they’re hiring.
3️⃣ Intentional Mixer + Dedicated Conversations
After the spotlights, companies host conversations from their designated tables and lounge areas.
You can:
Approach teams intentionally
Continue conversations sparked during introductions
Step outside for fresh air
