Most of the time, art is observed in silence. But what if art could argue back?
Machines can simulate emotion so well that they may convince us they feel. But empathy, memory, and soul are still uniquely human. If we start accepting AI’s imitations as “good enough,” do we risk forgetting the value of genuine human feelings in art, leadership, and connection?
On Monday, 15th September, Pixel Media brings its signature debate format to the closing weekend of AI IS A VAMPIRE at The Warehouse, Al Quoz.
Four leading voices — including the artist behind the exhibition — will take the stage. The audience will decide where the truth lies. And the cameras will capture it all.

👤 Debater 2: Sallyann Della Casa, Founder & CEO @Gleac. Sally-Anne puts AI on trial for its blind spots — bias, shortcuts, and the cost of efficiency without ethics.
Against the Motion
👤 Debater 3: Karl Tlais, Founder @iAdvisory, Strategic Advisor & Dubai Future Fellow. Karl argues that AI isn’t just a tool — it’s already rewriting the rules of business, culture, and what comes next.
👤 Debater 4: Deborah Webster, Founder & CEO @AmaniLabs. Deborah challenges whether “feeling” is really a human monopoly — and asks if intelligence without humanity might still reshape us.
About the Exhibition
AI is a Vampire draws a striking parallel between human language and artificial intelligence. Using discarded dictionaries as his canvas, Kris prints thought-provoking quotes and texts onto their pages, highlighting how AI’s algorithms are built upon the very words and ideas humanity has articulated over centuries. The works invite reflection on the ethical, philosophical, and creative implications of AI — who shapes it, how it shapes us, and what that means for the future.
