Warm Cloud over the Cool Planet (Workshop)

Are you interested in sustainability, critical data/technology studies, and/or art and design? Do you want to imagine an alternative model for the cloud and AI infrastructures that is more communal, playful, and thoughtful?

If yes, join our collective sculpting + prompt-making workshop at Space 21!

Together, we will research data infrastructures, trace bodily and ecological experiences related to digital technologies, and generate questions + prompts regarding the cloud. The final outcome will be a "cloud" sculpture we make together with paper and beads.

No previous design or research experience required.

Tea + Cloud-shaped Snacks + Materials Provided!

🤝 Workshop facilitated by artist-designer-researchers Lù Chén (https://l-lu-u.github.io) and Heya Kwon (https://heya.world/).
