First Day of Spring Equinox: Journaling Workshop in Community
A new season is here. Help me welcome in Spring 2026.
The first day of Spring is Friday March 20th.
Join us for an intimate journaling workshop designed to help you step into Spring feeling clear, grounded, and open to what’s next. As the seasons shift, so do we — and this evening is your space to pause, reflect, and intentionally welcome a fresh chapter.
This is not about productivity.
This is about presence.
Let me set the scene: you walk into a warm, ambient space after a long week in NYC. You grab a drink or a little snack from the bar, make your way to the cozy patio, and land in a seat that already feels meant for you. Candles flicker. Journals rest at each seat. Soft music hums in the background. You’re welcomed by your host, Emily.
We’ll begin by slowing down.
Through thoughtfully guided prompts, you’ll reflect on the season you’re leaving behind: what winter taught you, what you’re ready to release, and what’s quietly beginning to bloom within you. From there, we’ll shift into intention-setting for spring: What wants more light? What are you tending? What does this new season ask of you?
Emily, your host, will guide you in prompts that support you digging deeper and finding inspiration.
There will be space for quiet writing, optional sharing, and a gentle ceremonial moment to honor the transition into a new season.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself and to the community around you.
All are welcome.
Whether you’re craving clarity, creative space, or simply a meaningful way to mark the shift into spring, this evening is for you.
