Gender Equity Collage: First Session in Japan
💬 About the workshop
Join us for the first-ever Gender Equity Collage in Japan, a collaborative, card-based workshop from France exploring the causes and consequences of gender inequality and the ways we can promote fairness and inclusion in our daily lives, workplaces, and communities.
This beta version of the localized workshop uses cards adapted with Japanese data and context on gender equality issues.
Through collective reflection and open discussion, participants will uncover how social norms, expectations, and institutions influence opportunities and experiences, and identify practical actions to foster equity.
🎯 What to expect
2.5 hours of interactive learning and meaningful discussion
Insights from global research and Japanese data
A friendly, inclusive environment open to everyone - no prior knowledge required
A chance to contribute to the final version of the Gender Equity Collage for Japan, launching in January 2026
After the session, participants will be invited to complete a short online feedback questionnaire to help us improve the localized version.

💡 About the Gender Equity Collage
Created in France by Equity Nation as La Fresque de l’Équité and implemented internationally as The Equity Workshop, this participatory format is now being localized for Japan by Ichigo Bloom under licence. It brings data to life through discussion, empathy, and action, helping individuals and organizations rethink how they promote fairness and inclusion.
