1. All Ticket Sales Are Final: All conference ticket sales are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including, but not limited to, attendee cancellations, scheduling conflicts, or event rescheduling.
2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: In the unlikely event that Survivor 13 is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers, we will make every effort to provide an alternative date or a suitable substitute event. If these options are not viable, we will issue a full refund to all ticket holders.
