Within the framework of IPE Village 2026, we are launching a Regen Hub: a curated track of regenerative activities designed to activate capital, territory, and governance in real time.
Throughout the month, we will organize a series of proprietary tracks focused on:
Regen Real Estate — opportunity structuring, investment vehicle design, and active dealflow.
Pop-Up Island / ZEEIR — institutional coordination and legal architecture to enable pilot jurisdictions.
ReFi & Governance — hands-on implementation of regenerative coordination models and treasury systems.
The Regen Hub is the open layer where workshops, strategy rooms, investor sessions, and institutional roundtables take place.
Within the Hub, we are opening an exclusive call for 8 individuals who will be selected to stay at the Regen Haus — our private residential layer for builders and aligned capital.
What does participation include?
Active access to the Regen Hub tracks and strategic working sessions.
Co-creation environments, investor mixers, and Demo Day preparation.
Direct integration into the execution of real projects throughout the month.
What is the Regen Haus?
The Regen Haus is the residential core of the Hub.
Only 8 selected participants will live the full experience from the inside: daily coordination, proposal design, private meetings, and strategic alliance building.
Participation in the tracks is open via registration.
Accommodation at the Regen Haus is application-based and curated.
We build regenerative infrastructure on the ground.
Many will participate.
Eight will live it from within.
