About Event

Texas House at SXSW 2026 is where Texas shows up.

During one of Austin’s most important weeks of the year, Texas House becomes the gathering place for leaders across business, culture, technology, energy, media, and music. Its a gathering of the people shaping what’s next for our state.

Over multiple days of curated programming, we’re bringing together founders, investors, creatives, technologists, policymakers, and partners for conversations and experiences that reflect the scale and ambition of Texas. Right here, right now.

Days are centered on thoughtful, forward-looking discussions. Evenings lean into music, culture, and the kind of organic moments that only happen when the right people share the same space. It’s intentional without being forced. Elevated, but unmistakably Texan.

Texas House is built for connection. This is where industries overlap, relationships take root, and ideas move from conversation to action.

Texas is entering a new era — one marked by global influence, bold ideas, and a spirit of fearless creation. From space exploration to cutting-edge technology, our state is shaping the future, driven by a relentless drive to build what comes next.

It’s time to tell our story.

Texas House proudly launched in 2025 at the South by Southwest (SXSW) Conference in Austin, followed by a global debut at the first-ever SXSW London. We create an independent platform to spotlight Texas’ growing role in global trade, innovation, and culture — and we’re just getting started.

This is where pioneers and disruptors share their vision, forecast the future, and celebrate everything that makes Texas a global powerhouse. Our vision is to evolve Texas House into an organization dedicated to fostering collaboration and strengthening the state’s leadership in critical industries that are shaping the conversations of tomorrow.

About SXSW

South by Southwest (SXSW) is one of the world’s most influential gatherings for technology, business, culture, and creative industries. Each March, the festival brings hundreds of thousands of attendees to Austin, Texas, including founders, executives, investors, artists, policymakers, and global brands.

SXSW is a week where technology, business, music, and film all happen at once, drawing people from across industries into the same rooms. The week is known for high-level conversations, major announcements, dealmaking, and performances that often break new talent.

With a strong international presence and a highly senior audience, SXSW has become a global platform for ideas, partnerships, and cultural exchange. It is a moment when Austin becomes a meeting point for industries shaping the future.
