Chill Discussions - Impact of Social Media & Big Tech
🌿 About Event
We spend hours a day on platforms built to hold our attention. We should understand the impact to us, to our relationships, and to the world we share. The Impact of Social Media & Big Tech is an evening of honest conversation about the technology that shapes so much of modern life.
You’ll move between small groups you choose yourself. You’ll talk about how social media affects your own wellbeing and relationships, then take on bigger questions such as privacy, regulation, misinformation, and the power of Big Tech. The evening ends with a lively look at solutions, and a few devil’s advocates will make sure no idea goes unchallenged.
