Edtech Unconference [public]

​Back to school season is here and that’s a great time to share and learn from others how they’re preparing for the season. We are hosting our fourth Edtech Unconference at The Commons. Join us for three hours of learning, sharing ideas and dinner with other edtech founders, leaders and educators! Only 60 spots available, so sign up early! Food will be provided.

​As you walk in, you'll meet friendly leaders from similar organizations and enjoy a yummy dinner together. Then we'll go over how the evening will work and show the schedule featuring the most popular breakout group topics that participants submitted in their registration. We'll break out into small discussion groups three times. Check out What is a SF Edtech Unconference? (video) to understand the vibe and examples of topics from past events. An Unconference is a participant-driven event where the topics are suggested and selected by the attendees and the format is discussion groups around those areas. There are no presenters or pitches.

• ​6:00 - 6:15: Registration, networking, food

• ​6:15 - 6:30: Welcome + 5 min set up of space

• ​6:30 - 7:10: Session 1

• ​7:15 - 7:55: Session 2

• ​8:00 - 8:40: Session 3

• ​8:40 - 9:00 Closing & Networking

• ​After 9pm - After party at a local bar to continue the conversation (*optional for attendees, non-hosted)
