Aakriti Aggarwal - Technical Recruiter
Aakriti is the founder of nSky Solutions, a Bay Area technical recruiting and career coaching practice. Based in the Bay Area, she works closely with founders and hiring teams navigating a job market that looks nothing like it did even two years ago. She helps with both placing tech candidates at startups, while also coaching individual candidates through resume rewrites, LinkedIn positioning, and interview prep. Before recruiting, she spent five years working as a psychologist, which heavily influences how she understands people and evaluates fit today. She's excited to bring her perspective to this AI panel — how AI is reshaping how companies screen candidates and how candidates need to present themselves to get seen.
Norah Leibow - Product Design Researcher, Government Systems
Norah Leibow is a user-centered designer and researcher who specializes in making complex systems legible. As an early adopter of AI in the design process, she has honed responsible-AI best practices for design in federal environments where trust is critical. For the last four years, Norah has worked at Nava PBC in the federal portfolio delivering simple and effective government solutions. Her work is grounded in research, data collection, and clear communication. She holds a BA from University of California Santa Barbara and an MA in Product Design and Development from San Francisco State University.
Tiffany Tseng - Healthcare Quality Engineer
Tiffany is a quality engineer with 10+ years of experience in the medical device and IVD space and have supported both new product development and design change projects that require regulatory approvals. I'm excited to talk about the implementation of AI and machine learning into medical devices, and how this impacts the way regulatory agencies view product risk.
Carmen Ye - HR and People Operations
Carmen Ye is a People Operations professional, working at the intersection of education and people-centered HR policy. She has centered her career around building social impact in mission-driven organizations. Previous roles include founding HR Team Lead at Hiba Academy Bay Area, a bilingual Mandarin and English primary school. Head of Operations at Make School in San Francisco, a college that empowered students of all backgrounds to contribute through science and technology innovation. She started her People Operations career at LaunchCode, which provides free education and job opportunities to help people launch careers in technology. A graduate of the University of Michigan, and UC Berkeley, Carmen is a proud San Francisco native.
