After the Flame
A Thirdspace Thirdweeks gathering
What surfaced.
Who gathers.
What begins next.
After the Flame is an end-of-year celebration bringing together the communities, collaborators, and curatorial voices shaping Tokyo Salone.
Hosted with our friends at Soho House Tokyo, the evening returns to the conversations, ideas, tensions, and unexpected moments that emerged throughout the week of Tokyo Salone, then looks towards the constellations already taking shape for 2027.
Not simply a recap.
A mixer across communities.
A meeting point for what comes next.
Spend the evening getting to know the people curating our evolving tracks across hospitality, architecture, manga and anime, product design, JDM, independent games, frontier science, research, sonic culture, fashion, and many more disciplines still quietly incubating.
Come for the conversations.
Stay for what happens next.
We’ll leave a place for you around the hearth.

Gathering alongside
After the Flame brings together friends and communities connected through yes, teenage engineering, KCRW, WPÜ, Kammui, Weber Workshops, Massif, Mezzanine Makers, rome.studio, dublab.jp, Tokyo American Club, and Repertoire.
Each contributes a different perspective, practice, and community to the wider Tokyo Salone constellation.
This is an opportunity to meet across those worlds—not through formal introductions or programmed networking, but through conversation, curiosity, and time spent together.
