His collaborators include Maison Margiela, Minor Figures, DAZED, Hoxton Hotel, Ffern, the Architectural Association, Delfina Foundation, and Turner Contemporary Gallery.

Ayesha Erkin is a culinary architect with a passion for designing the spaces where people gather, the food they gather around, and the stories that make the experience mean something. Her work spans across cultures and regions, and her clients include Rolls-Royce, Zegna, Qatar Museums, Soho House, and Al Serkal Foundation.
