​This roundtable explores how leaders across different countries are applying Receptivity for Change (RfC) to deliver complex initiatives and programmes. By sharing real-world examples from diverse national contexts, we examine what enables organisations to move from ambition to sustained, effective delivery.

​Bringing together international speakers, business leaders from the public and private sector, this 30-minute roundtable focuses on what works across different systems, cultures, and institutional environments — and how these lessons can be applied to strengthen delivery.

​Using global case examples, we explore how a Receptivity for Change (RfC) diagnostic (toolset/platform) can help organisations: assess receptivity for change across complex, multi-stakeholder environments, identify transferable enablers from international best practice and strengthen delivery capability for transformation, growth, and innovation
