About the Community
Founders @Vinnie’s Kitchen is a curated, invite-only community of 500+ founders, investors, and key ecosystem enablers in India’s startup landscape. Since May 2024, we’ve been building a trusted third space—distinct from home or work—where founders support one another in navigating the entrepreneurial journey.
We maintain an active WhatsApp community and host monthly in-person meetups to encourage practical collaboration and authentic connection.
About Bharat1:
Bharat1 is creating an AI ecosystem based out of Bangalore, India in partnership with NVIDIA. It has 500,000 sq ft (50,000 sq mt) of office space in which it will house curated Startups, Corporates, Academia, Research and Govt for the overall development of AI & Robotics companies and the ecosystem for the same. Bharat1 has similarities with Station F in Paris (https://stationf.co/ ). While Station F is focused on all Startups, Bharat1 focuses only on Deeptech,AI & Robotics startups. What is the Current Status? About 10 startups have already started working at Bharat1 8 top Academic institutes of India (including IITK, IITB, IIT Mandi etc have already signed up).
Bharat1 Founders:
Bharat 1 is founded by Subhashis Banerjee, Umakant Soni, & Sireesh Reddy.
Subhashis brings expertise in large investments in technology and real estate, garnered from working with reputed PE and VC’s like Sequoia Capital, the Tata group and Standard Chartered Bank Private Equity. Umakant co-founded Pi Ventures- India’s first Deeptech and AI Venture Fund.
Later Subhashis and Umakant co-founded a private AI investment company (AI Foundry) and India’s first AI & Robotics Public Private institute (ARTPARK at IISc Bangalore) in partnership with Govt of India.
Sireesh is the scion of RGA Group of Companies, developers and owners of approximately 12 mn sq ft of leased office space in Bangalore which also makes them one of the largest leased office space owners in the region. RGA customers include more than 40 of the current Fortune 500 organizations.
Together the team brings experience and expertise in nurturing AI startups, AI investing, public private coordination, real estate development and building large city scale infrastructure. By bringing together top researchers, startups and leading innovation partners along with the collaboration with NVIDIA, Bharat1 is envisioned to realize and become the place to build AI for & from Bharat.
Subhashis is a graduate from IITK and IIMC. Umakant did his MTech from IITK. Sireesh is a graduate from UC Davis
