​About Museo Piemontese dell'Informatica

​The Museo Piemontese dell’Informatica – MuPIn (O.d.V.) is a volunteer organisation dedicated to preserving, studying and promoting the history of computing.

​By recovering computers, consoles, peripherals, software, documents and personal accounts, MuPIn safeguards a technological heritage that illustrates the evolution of the digital world and its impact on society. Its activities include exhibitions, workshops, talks and educational events, where many historical devices can be seen and used firsthand.

​MuPIn promotes an accessible and participatory approach for people of all ages, including enthusiasts, professionals, students, families and curious visitors. Its mission is to keep the memory of technological innovation alive and use it as a tool for understanding the present and imagining the future.

Il MuPIn è un’associazione culturale impegnata nella salvaguardia, nello studio e nella valorizzazione della storia dell’informatica.

​Attraverso il recupero di computer, console, periferiche, software, documenti e testimonianze, il MuPIn conserva un patrimonio tecnologico che racconta l’evoluzione del digitale e il suo impatto sulla società.
