From Policy to Delivery: Receptivity for Change in Major Programmes
How can we maximise the impact of public investment to ensure long-term community benefits? We explore how public sector leaders are using Receptivity for Change (RfC) to bridge the gap between policy and sustained, effective delivery, optimising the environment for high-value change.
Bringing together government policy leads, NHS transformation specialists, local authority teams, and delivery partners, this 30-minute roundtable explores how large-scale programmes can move from policy to sustained delivery effectively. Using North Wales as a live case study, we examine how a Receptivity for Change (RfC) diagnostic (toolset/platform) can help organisations measure readiness, identify enablers, and address barriers before implementation, improving long-term outcomes.
For: government policy leads, NHS programme directors, local authority transformation teams, delivery partners, SMEs and contractors supporting public sector programmes, and devolved government professionals.
