About Event

​We are pleased to invite you to join our upcoming 45-minute online lunch & learn session, “HR’s Role in the AI Journey” on 9 July (1200 - 1245).

​As organizations continue to navigate the evolving AI landscape, HR plays a vital role in helping shape a workplace that is ready for change. This session will explore four key areas:

  1. ​Nurture an AI culture – HR can help create a workplace mindset that is open to learning, experimentation, and change, so employees feel ready to embrace AI as part of daily work.

  2. ​Empower employees with psychological safety – Employees need to feel safe to ask questions, try new tools, and express concerns without fear of judgment, especially during AI transformation.

  3. ​Work closely with IT on AI enablement – HR and IT should collaborate to make sure AI adoption is practical, people-centered, and aligned with business needs, policies, and capabilities.

  4. ​Redefine job design and development plans – As AI reshapes work, future roles will be very different. HR needs to rethink and redesign job roles, and update development plans to build the capabilities employees will need going forward.

​This session is designed for HR professionals, people managers, and business leaders who are interested in understanding how HR can contribute strategically to successful AI adoption.
