About Event

Tired of building ChatGPT wrappers? Welcome to the workshop where we'll build and own the AI systems we deploy. 💪

To solve some of the most interesting problems in AI, we need to deploy compound AI systems. Think phone-calling agents, coding assistants, and even language tutors. We'll use Baseten - an AI deployment platform - to build and deploy our compound AI projects.

In this first meetup of the series, we'll discuss what's possible with compound AI, get everyone situated with Baseten, and choose a project and group to work with. We'll meet once a week to discuss hacks/tricks/techniques to get the most out of compound AI systems. Over the course of a month, we'll each build an MVP we can be proud of.

Participants of all coding experience levels are welcome! We'll help out wherever we can and there's always vibe coding. :)
