Build & Lead – When AI Executes, Leaders Decide
AI is getting remarkably good at execution. It can analyse information, generate options and recommend next steps in seconds. However, deciding what to do and why remains a fundamentally human responsibility. The responsibility of any leader worth their salt.
In this workshop, Vivek Juneja will explore how leaders can make better decisions under uncertainty, especially in an age where AI provides endless information but not necessarily better judgement.
We’ll explore practical decision-making frameworks designed to help leaders use AI as augmentation rather than authority. After a short introduction, participants will apply these frameworks hands-on in breakout groups, working through realistic leadership decisions while leveraging their preferred AI tools.
Vivek Juneja is a technology leader passionate about helping people become better decision makers through his Maven course, 'Decision Making Like a Pro'. He has held leadership positions at On AG, Zalando SE and LG. He now spends his time helping startups with engineering leadership and product development expertise. Next to his work, he coaches leaders and establishes new ventures with founders.
