About Event

We invite you to celebrate International Women's Day with Nordic Innovation House. This NIH Brown Bag "Lunch & Learn" series features Julia Martensen, Innovation Officer, ServiceNow. Julia is going to do a deep dive into "Designing the Future of Work: When Humans Lead and Agents Execute". The next era of work will be shaped not only by technology such as generative AI, but by leadership choices that ensure diverse talent can thrive, contribute, and lead in increasingly digital organizations. On International Women’s Day, her message underscores that building the future of work is inseparable from advancing equity and representation in the technologies and systems that power it. So, if you are interested in learning in about how ai-enabled, intelligent workflows can augment, not replace, human capability - join us in this timely discussion!
