The evening is all about how brand worlds are built from early ideas to bold executions and how creatives can contribute to shaping campaigns, content, activations, and immersive experiences.

Three panelists. Three worlds. One intersection: brand building

Trin Bharij-Basra — VP Executive Creative Director at Sparks

Trin is VP Executive Creative Director Sparks, a global experiential agency known for crafting immersive brand experiences. With a 20-year career spanning creative design, and experiential marketing, Trin has led groundbreaking projects that connect brands with people on a human level.

At the event, she’ll share her unique perspective on creating brand worlds rooted in authenticity and real human connection, plus insights on emerging trends.
Sparks was named ADWEEK’s Experiential Agency of the Year (2024). Clients include: Microsoft, Meta, Salesforce, and McLaren to name a few.

Mooks Hanifiah Creative Director & Brand Consultant at Studio Mooks.

Mooks is a creative director, brand consultant working across fashion, luxury, and lifestyle brands to build distinctive brand worlds rooted in culture, emotion, and commercial impact beyond "pretty pictures".

He spent 15 years at Saturday Agency (later renamed Wednesday) under David James, developing his craft in one of London’s leading creative studios and working with brands including Prada, Louis Vuitton, and Liu Jo. His work includes Esprit’s “Imperfect” and Liu Jo’s “Everybody,” campaigns both recognised for redefining authenticity and inclusivity in fashion.

At the event, he will share insights on brand world-building, balancing art and commerce, and the importance of preserving storytelling and human connection in commercial work.

Ayo Fagbemi & Aaron Skipper Co-Founders at Explorers Club

Ayo (Strategy Director) and Aaron (Creative Director) are the co-founders of Explorers Club Studio, a London and LA-based strategy and design company. They build timely and timeless brands with cultural curiosity and commercial conviction, partnering with brands including Universal Music Group, Atlantic Records, and Nike to uncover each brand’s “secret genius.”

Ayo brings 9+ years of strategy experience across Wieden+Kennedy, Mother, and Google. Aaron brings 12+ years of experience with award-winning work for Apple, Nike, and Coca-Cola, and is an Emmy and Cannes Lions winner, ranked in the top ten designers globally by the 2024 Art Directors Club & D&AD.

At the event, they’ll share their perspective on brand world-building through strategy and design.

Christina Banjo is a talent strategist and creative consultant with 10+ years’ experience across the creative industries. She is the founder of Always Create (2019), a global community for freelance creatives connecting talent, opportunities, and industry networks.
